Chef Allan Quigley
Chef Allan has dedicated over 30 years to the culinary industry, beginning his journey by studying Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management at Johnson County Community College. There, he completed an apprenticeship at the Woodlands racetrack, where he mastered the art of serving up to 10,000 patrons nightly. His culinary path led him to collaborate with renowned chefs like Johnathan Williams and Wolfgang Puck, and he served as the chef for the Kansas City Chiefs and Sporting Kansas City, all while crafting menus for countless wedding receptions across Kansas City. For decades, Allan has focused on developing restaurants and enhancing the dining experiences in both restaurant and hotel settings.
